Category Resources
Everything a category needs, organized where the work happens.
Settings that follow the work
Every category carries its own project settings — and they are applied automatically to every planogram you open and every planogram you export. Days-supply treated as hours-supply for high-velocity categories, movement periods, merchandising defaults: configure once, and every tool honors it.
Company-level Space Planning settings are managed too. Import them from an existing INI, edit them in a grid, and write them back — C.A.R.M. Studio keeps your Space Planning configuration healthy without hand-editing files.
Images and sales history, living with the category
No more walls of nondescript icons — the category image library shows you what Explorer can't: a live thumbnail for every image, full size on a double-click. It works like a subscription, too: new and updated images download automatically, and Space Planning is pointed at the managed folder without you touching a setting. Everyone on the team renders the same planograms with the same images.
Sales history is stored per category as well — browse it in charts, edit or delete records directly, and feed it to the Performance Populator to build planogram performance with weighted averages.
